• No outputs, designs, configurations, or operational methods may be used to create competing or derivative services

• No proprietary or confidential aspects of CLONEMATRIX services may be shared with third parties

Unauthorised use, disclosure, or exploitation of CLONEMATRIX IP constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and the pursuit of all available legal remedies.

Trademarks

“CLONEMATRIX”, the CLONEMATRIX™ name, logos, service names, and associated branding are trademarks of CLONEMATRIX. These trademarks may be registered, unregistered, or the subject of pending trademark applications in Australia and other jurisdictions.

No licence or right to use any CLONEMATRIX trademark is granted without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use that is likely to cause confusion, dilution, misrepresentation, or reputational harm is strictly prohibited.

CLONEMATRIX reserves all rights and will enforce its trademark and brand rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLONEMATRIX disclaims liability arising from reliance on or use of website content.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Australia.
