CLONEMATRIX designs, configures, operates, and manages its services on behalf of its clients. Clients do not independently deploy, operate, or control the CLONEMATRIX platform.

For managed services:

• Clients act as Data Controllers

• CLONEMATRIX acts as a Data Processor and, in limited operational contexts, a Data Controller

The allocation of responsibilities is governed by the applicable Service Agreement.

CLONEMATRIX hosts and manages data on AWS infrastructure and applies appropriate technical and organisational safeguards, including:
