Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all CLONEMATRIX-managed services delivered on behalf of clients.
Lawful Contact Data
Clients must not provide CLONEMATRIX with contact data unless they have lawful authority to do so.
Clients must ensure:
Compliance with all applicable “Do Not Call”, “Do Not Contact”, anti-spam, electronic communications, and telecommunications laws
Contact lists are accurate, current, and lawfully obtained
Opt-out and suppression requests are honoured and communicated promptly
CLONEMATRIX does not independently verify the lawful status of client-supplied contact data and is entitled to rely on client representations.
Prohibited Activities
CLONEMATRIX services must not be used to:
Engage in unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent conduct
Violate consent, recording, privacy, or telecommunications laws
Unlawfully impersonate individuals
Harass, abuse, or exploit others
Attempt to copy, extract, replicate, or reverse engineer CLONEMATRIX systems or processes
Misrepresent the nature, operation, performance, or outcomes of the services
Complaints, Disputes, and Public Statements
Any complaint or dispute must be raised directly with CLONEMATRIX through appropriate contractual or internal channels.
Except where required by law, parties must not:
Publish or disseminate false, misleading, or defamatory statements about CLONEMATRIX
Make reckless or malicious public allegations intended to cause reputational harm
Use social media or public forums as a substitute for contractual dispute resolution
Nothing in this policy restricts lawful whistleblowing, regulatory reporting, or truthful statements made in good faith.
Enforcement
Any breach of this policy constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and the pursuit of legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages.
