Fully Managed AI Services

CLONEMATRIX provides fully managed AI-enabled voice, messaging, and automation services. All AI systems are designed, configured, deployed, monitored, and operated by CLONEMATRIX on behalf of its clients.

Clients do not independently operate or control AI systems.

Assistive Nature of AI

AI outputs are assistive and support business communications. AI systems may produce errors, incomplete outputs, or unexpected responses and are subject to operational oversight and control.

No Professional Advice

CLONEMATRIX AI services do not provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Client Authority, Consent, and Contact Permissions

CLONEMATRIX delivers services solely on the instructions and authority of its clients.

By engaging CLONEMATRIX, clients represent and warrant that:

• They have lawful authority to provide CLONEMATRIX with access to their leads, prospects, and existing customers

• All contact data has been lawfully obtained

• All required consents, permissions, and disclosures have been obtained prior to contact

• Any applicable “Do Not Call”, “Do Not Contact”, suppression, or opt-out requirements have been properly applied

CLONEMATRIX relies on these representations in good faith and acts as an authorised service provider contacting individuals on behalf of its clients.

Shared Responsibility Framework

CLONEMATRIX:

• Designs, configures, and operates services in alignment with applicable laws

• Implements safeguards, monitoring, and controls

Clients:

• Warrant lawful authority to engage end-users

• Approve messaging intent, disclosures, and business use cases

Final responsibility allocation is governed by the applicable Service Agreement.

Recording and Transcription

Recording and transcription are managed by CLONEMATRIX and may be enabled or disabled based on jurisdictional requirements and client instructions.
